3D Printing is the " Future Technology" Say Experts in Brazil.

"Technology of the future" according to the international manufacturer Autodesk, which promoted yesterday in Sao Paulo the fourth edition of its annual fair.

"Some tools can simulate the digital production of a project to send to the client. They are software that conceive data in three dimensions, where computer designs a system and generates the best combination for the customer," he told Efe VP technology company, Amar Hanspal.

He said 3D printing, sensors and objects with internet favor "customization" (personalization) service users expect, providing market opportunities for any company.

Therefore, the company says it is investing nearly $500 million in research and development of intelligent devices and programs that can optimize project engineering, architecture and construction, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling for their acronym).

"BIM is a methodology developed by Autodesk to optimize projects and create solutions for companies that use it," he told Efe the president of the company in Brazil, Marcelo Landi.

"They are part of BIM 3D technologies, in addition to the sensors and the cloud, to help visualize the data work through," said Landi.

The BIM system falls between the latest releases of Autodesk, recognized by design program AutoCAD projects and today offers over a hundred tools for prototyping.

According to the president of the company in Brazil, the country is growing in this area and are using that type of technology solution in infrastructure.

"Government bodies are adopting increasingly BIM, although the private sector is still who leads their use, which can serve as an example to the public,"

To Landi, BIM is like a preview of Autocad program, where you can also draw lines, create 3D  Printing projects and provide more realism the idea that it is running.

"We use the 3D Printing technology, which is the same as that of the film industry, to prototype infrastructure and services," said Landi, citing the potential of software to model soccer stadiums, for example.

Meanwhile, according to Hanspal, another important aspect is the spread of the use of sensors, which will be one of the most important technologies in the near future.

He said "Within four years there will be 18,000 million devices available, three times he had at the start of the decade, but most of the data access will be through sensors and devices not,".
